Easy and Intuitive Navigation

The XenDirect web interface provides users with friendly and easy to understand navigation with consistent screen elements.

Menu views are permission sensitive and hidden from users without view rights. Flexible permission rights are set per user down to the form level with options to limit user access to select participant data at the course level.

Flexible and Robust Data Fields

Along with numerous user defined fields, XenDirect contains an extensive array of data options to meet the needs of a basic continuing education program to an providing multiple program types.

Certain tabbed data entry forms allow user defined formatting and field hide/view options. XenDirect's Branch Units option allows organizations to separate departments and prevent cross department views of data, a unique feature among management systems for lifelong learning programs.

Extensive Reporting Options

Users have an array of template and search options so extensive the possible output is like creating an almost endless list of reports. Reports can be also exported in various popular formats.

A special Custom Report menu allows organizations to upload custom designed reports and provide access to their users. Organizations may also purchase an ODBC access to their live data for purposes of developing their own custom queries.

Online Support Center

Xenegrade's online Support center provides 24/hour access to online Help and Knowledgebase. Users can submit questions, suggestions, and trouble tickets at any time and get a timely email response after skilled technical support personnel review their submission.

The Support Center includes a Troubleshooter guide helping users with step-by-step functions and the "Instant Solution" feature which automatically and intuitively suggests solutions based on the user's question.
